Terms of Service
Slice Supply · Elite Era LLC · Last updated October 5, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you (the restaurant or business opening the account, and the people you let use it) and Elite Era LLC (“we”), which runs Slice Supply. Opening an account or using the app means you accept them.
1. What Slice Supply is
Slice Supply is an inventory and ordering tool for restaurant kitchens. You count what is on your shelves, keep your vendors and their prices, and build and send orders. It is a record-keeping and planning tool. It does not buy anything for you: an order goes to a vendor only when you send it, and the deal that follows is between you and that vendor.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to act for the business you sign up.
- Give us a real email address. It is how we reach you about the account and how you get back in if you forget your password.
- Keep your password to yourself and the people you trust with your kitchen. What is done under your account is your responsibility.
- One account covers all the stores and devices of one business.
3. Free trial and price
- A new account is free for two months from the day it is opened. No card is needed to start.
- After that the price is $49.99 a month (US), for every store and device on the account. Prices in other countries are set by the App Store.
- The subscription is bought inside the app and billed by Apple to your Apple Account. It renews each month until you cancel, and Apple charges the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can cancel at any time in your Apple Account settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions). Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period already paid for runs to its end.
- Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its own rules.
- If the trial ends and you do not subscribe, the account is paused. Nothing is deleted; it opens again when you subscribe.
- If we change the price, we will tell you beforehand, and the change applies only from your next renewal after that notice.
4. Your data
The items, counts, vendors, prices and orders you put in are yours. We keep them in a database that belongs to your account alone and use them only to run the service for you. We do not sell them and we do not show one restaurant's data to another. How we handle personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy.
You can delete your account from inside the app (Settings › Delete account). That removes the account, its sign-ins and its data from our servers for good; backups that contain it are overwritten within 30 days. Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel that with Apple.
5. The starter item list and prices
A new account starts with a list of common kitchen items so the first count is not an empty screen. It is a starting point: check names, units and pack sizes against what you actually buy. Prices in the app are the ones you enter or that come from your own invoices. Suggested order quantities are arithmetic on your counts and your settings. Check an order before you send it; you are responsible for what you order and for what you pay your vendors.
6. Acceptable use
- Use the service for running your own business, lawfully.
- Do not try to reach another restaurant's data, break or overload the service, or copy or resell it.
- Do not put in anything you have no right to share.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules or puts the service or other customers at risk.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Slice Supply running and your data safe, and we back it up every day, but we do not promise the service will never be down or free of mistakes. The app keeps working on the device when the connection drops and syncs when it returns. We may add, change or remove features; if we ever shut the service down we will give you at least 30 days' notice and a way to take your data with you.
8. Warranty and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no other warranties, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost stock, a missed or mistaken order, or other indirect losses. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to what you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not let us limit.
9. Apple
The iPhone and iPad app is also covered by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the service or its support.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We can end an account that breaks these terms. Sections 4, 8 and 11 continue to apply afterwards.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, and disputes go to the courts located there.
12. Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect. The date at the top always shows the current version.
