What the app is

Slice Ordering & Inventory is a tool for restaurant kitchens: counting what is on the shelves, building vendor orders, moving stock between locations, tracking prep, and reading invoices. It is used by the staff of a restaurant, signed in with an account that restaurant's manager set up.

What we collect

• Account details — the name of the restaurant, the email address you sign in with, and any business details you choose to add in Settings (address, phone, a contact name). We use the email to reach you about the account and to let you reset your password.
• The data you enter — inventory counts, orders, prep lists, item photos, and invoice scans. This is your business data; it exists so the app can do its job for you.
• Camera and microphone — used only while you scan a barcode or an invoice, photograph a shelf, or record a prep video. Nothing is captured in the background.
• Diagnostics — the app does not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. Crash reports, if any, come through Apple with your consent.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.
• We do not collect location, contacts, or health information.

Where it lives

Your data is stored on servers operated by Elite Era LLC in the United States and sent to and from the app over HTTPS. Vendor orders you choose to send go to the vendor you send them to. If you connect a third-party service (for example a team-messaging tool), only what you choose to send is passed to it.

Keeping and deleting it

Your business data is kept for as long as you use the service. You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app at any time (Settings › Delete account); it is removed from our servers straight away and from backups within 30 days. You can also ask us to do it by email.

Children

The app is for people who work in restaurants and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it and the current version is always at this address.
